A few steps away from Mahane Yehuda Market, the heart of Jerusalem’s culinary scene, you’ll find THINKERS Distillery.

At our workshops, you’ll dive into the world of spirits and experience our unique production process up close — the very process that makes our spirits what they are: distinctly Jerusalem-made, precise, and truly one of a kind in the industry.

Thinkers Essentials

Come experience a workshop about the history of alcohol, the production process behind our spirits, and what truly makes our distillery’s products so unique. You’ll also have the chance to taste all our products and enjoy a cocktail crafted by our in-house mixologist. This is an hour you won’t forget. the workshop includes tastings of all the distillery’s spirits, accompanied by a cocktail and a light snack. The Essentials workshop runs three times a week, on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7:00 PM in Hebrew. English workshops every Thursday at 5:00 PM. Thinkers Essentials

A two-and-a-half-hour workshop where you’ll hear a short introduction about THINKERS Distillery and the history of alcohol, followed by a hands-on experience with our mixologist. Together, you’ll craft three cocktails — one based on each of our products: vodka, whiskey, and gin. The workshop offers a unique experience, where you’ll learn about the right balance of flavors and leave with great cocktail recipes you can recreate at home. The workshop is suitable for groups of 4–12 participants and includes platters of cheeses, spreads, and fresh bread from the market. To book a workshop, please contact us.

Deep Dive Tour

A workshop for alcohol lovers of all kinds — about an hour and a half of diving into the world of distillation: how vodka is made, the story of gin, and the mystery of whiskey aging. During the workshop, you’ll also have time to ask anything you’re curious about and get answers from an industry expert. The workshop includes tastings of all our products, two special cocktails created by our in-house mixologist and a platter with cheeses, spreads, and fresh bread straight from Mahane Yehuda Market. The Deep Dive workshop occurs every Friday at 11:30 in Hebrew. For English tours please contact us. Kosher.
